The ideal candidate will be currently working as senior receptionist in a 30+ bedroom hotel with demonstrable experience in getting the best out of their team and able to show that they can increase room sales and build corporate accounts. Experience with Rezlinks guest line and or Best Western would be an advantage.

The Pennine Manor Hotel is looking for a full time, and part time Hotel Receptionists in their 31 room hotel.
The role involves dealing with enquiries, taking bookings, converting enquiries to bookings and resolving guest issues, and supporting the Reception Manager.
You will be required to ensure all guests expectations are met during their stay and provide amazing hospitality to our guests.
You will liaise with other departments within the hotel in a helpful, professional manner. You must be passionate about delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. Experience in a similar quality hotel is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must.
You will have experience using computerised hotel booking systems, preferably Rezlynks Guest Line and Best Western You will have excellent personal presentation and hygiene. You will be extremely organised with attention to detail. You will be confident in selling upgrades to guests.
You must be available to work am/pm shifts as well as weekends and key trading dates. You will have a good administrative background
Due to some lone working you will be at least 18 years old and due to location access to reliable transport is a must.
